We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Saleable items must be in the original condition they were received in: unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
You will find a Returns Form in the package with your order but it you have misplaced this please contact us for one. Fill in the Returns Form with all the required details, in particular your customer order number, and return the form along with the returnable items to the address stated on the form.
Please return goods within 14 days of receiving them.
All return goods must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels and cases/packaging intact. A refund or replacement item will not be issued for any returned items received by us in an unsaleable condition. The item will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange if they are in an unsaleable condition.
We recommend sending your return items by recorded (signed for) delivery so that it is possible to track your parcel.
We recommend retaining proof of postage as Dolly Rose Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. A refund will not be issued for any items not received by us. Once we receive the returned item we will issue you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges) or a replacement item if you prefer (if the replacement item is in stock). You will not be charged for the postage for the replacement item.
Please note that in instances where free delivery has been given, if your returned items reduce your original order value to below our free delivery threshold, we will then deduct the delivery charge from your refund.
If any items you receive from us are faulty we offer you the choice of either a full refund including delivery charges or a replacement item.
Please allow 14 days from when we receive your return for your refund or replacement to be processed.
Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 2 nightdresses receive 15% discount’) you will receive the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
